Shipping policy

All orders are processed, verified, and shipped within 3-5 business days. Business days do not include weekends or holidays. All orders will be shipped via USPS. We currently ship in the US only.
Once your package ships, you will receive an email notification with tracking information. ETB is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please ensure that the correct address and names are verified before ordering. 

Pre- orders: Please read the product description for all preorder items. Pre ordered items ship on or prior to the date specified on the product page.

 Online order Pickup: You must select the local pickup option at checkout for it to be valid. You will receive an email when the order is ready. You must show a valid id and order number at pickup.All online orders must be picked up within 7 business days from the original purchase date. Failure to do so will result in the item being restocked online.
